With his water bottle, folding chair and carabiners in hand, the constantly moving Isabel Marant man gears up for Spring 2022.His wardrobe is an invitation to explore the wider world.
This outdoor rush, inspired by the 80s and 90s sportswear spirit, the Californian casualness and the workwear staples, is made of loose and versatile garments, layered together to survey the Parisian grounds and the isolated beach sands.
This collection shows colors evoking a fantasy trip to the other side of the world. Sun-yellow sweatpants flirt with an oversized bum bag, the brand’s signature plaid shirt is paired with patchwork jeans, a floral print sleeveless jacket is worn over a bright pink sweatshirt while a logo bucket hat is teamed with kinetic patterned swim trunks. Quite an adventure.
It begins in the front yard of the Palais Brongniart, unexpectedly turned into a picnic area, where the collection is revealed to the Sound of Pop band Faux-Real.
