London Fashion Week Is Going All Digital For Quarantine
by The Essential Style Guy’D x PAGE Editor
It has recently been announced the London Fashion Week is going to be a fully digital, online experience. The efforts will bring together womenswear alongside menswear for the June 2020 schedule.
Podcasts, interviews, and digital showrooms will be in play for the full experience; an experience comparable to actually attending to fashion week. There is enough that goes on during that week that hopefully, the internet is running on all cylinders for the events. Never the less, you can always take to Instagram, where you can surely find the updates from those who are based in London.
We are intrigued to see how this rollout will look and how it affects the fashion industry moving forward. We much rather this, opposed to canceling entirely. This innovative and forward-thinking solution is conjured by The British Fashion Council and we are looking to see what the other fashion cities will come up with for the Summer fashion week season ahead.
