For me, the intersection of running, recovery, and cannabis is about presence. It’s about showing up with intention, quieting the noise, and creating a deeper connection to movement. Not faster times or heavier lifts—but consistency, enjoyment, and sustainability.
Cannabis, when approached with awareness, has helped me mentally prepare, recover more holistically, and reconnect with something often overlooked in wellness: curiosity. A run becomes immersive. Recovery becomes restorative. Even nourishment becomes an experience, not just a necessity.
In a culture driven by metrics, there’s value in rediscovering rhythm—moving, recovering, and fueling not out of obligation, but out of a genuine desire to feel more, do more, and live more.
