A lot of people say that everything new and cool in fashion has been done before, and they say it disparagingly, but to us, that’s one of the best things about the nature of fashion. The trends that are happening today all call back to some previous era of fashion, which means we don’t need to rely on new production to dress “modern,” and instead can pull from those past eras to create wholly current looks.
It was this ethos that inspired us to launch our boutique, Gracia Vintage, both as a store for the general public and as a showroom offering studio services for stylists and other creatives. Almost every piece in this shoot is pulled from our vintage collection, but every aesthetic reference we used was recent and “on-trend,” and to be honest, every individual piece here would feel at home presented in a contemporary collection.
