New York-based fashion house Who Decides War brings its Fall/Winter 2026 menswear collection to a close with Delivery 3, a final installment that places statement outerwear, graphic-driven design, and contemporary Americana at the forefront.

Founded by Ev Bravado and Téla D’Amore in 2016, the label has built its identity around a distinctive approach to denim, garment distressing, and detailed craftsmanship. For the latest delivery, the creative duo continues to refine that visual language, shifting attention toward elevated everyday essentials while maintaining the handmade sensibility that has become synonymous with the brand.

The collection’s final chapter introduces a focused assortment of tops and outerwear, balancing familiar sportswear references with more considered proportions and construction. Among the standout pieces are the Fountain Crest Crewneck, Futbal Jersey Long Sleeve in Cloud and Coal, and Castle Sky Short Sleeve. The Slim Fit Moto Maybel Pants add a motorsport-inspired dimension to the offering, extending the collection's relationship with subcultural dressing.

Outerwear, however, commands the strongest presence in Delivery 3. The expanded lineup includes the Jets Coat, Archetypal Jacket, and Elongated Hunting Trench, alongside the Descent Bomber, available in Silver, Chestnut, Ivory Silver, and Coal. The Paragon Trench also arrives in Coal and Rust, introducing additional versatility through its considered color palette and elongated silhouette.

Rather than relying solely on graphic treatments or distressed finishes, the latest assortment demonstrates how Who Decides War continues to evolve its established design vocabulary through silhouette, texture, and material expression. It is an approach that reflects the label's ability to move between streetwear and luxury without abandoning the cultural references that informed its beginnings.

Bravado and D’Amore's continued investment in craftsmanship has helped establish the house as a notable voice in contemporary American fashion. Previously named semifinalists for the 2024 LVMH Prize and finalists for the 2023 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, the designers have also contributed to projects with Nike, Puma, Off-White™, Evisu, New Balance, Levi’s, and Timberland.

With outerwear priced between $800 and $4,000 and jerseys and crewnecks ranging from $200 to $400, Delivery 3 concludes the Fall/Winter 2026 menswear collection with an assortment that prioritizes recognizable design codes and enduring wardrobe pieces.

The final delivery will be available exclusively through Who Decides War's website on Thursday, October 29, at 12 p.m. EST.
