Women In Fashion To Headline International Women's Day Virtual Conference Hosted By Fyli And Double A Labs

In honor of International Women’s Day, Double A Labs and Fyli will be hosting a fully immersive virtual conference experience that will feature over 75 diverse women in positions of power. The first-of-its-kind event will bring together Fyli (which stands for 'tribe' in Greek), a master-mind community of over 6,000 women in a 3D interactive world. Guests can enter rooms where they watch keynotes from speakers, panel discussions.
This year is centered around the theme “Tribe to Thrive,” a callback to the unity that is still necessary to weather the pandemic and its economical effects. The conference goes live on International Women's Day and will be available throughout March, Women’s History Month.
The conference’s gamified elements help keep engaging in hours of exclusive content from thought-leaders and influencers around the world. This includes fashion industry figures who will headline part of the program. Among those are Jordana Guimaraes, the co-Founder of Fashinnovation, a platform dedicated to being a resource for sustainable fashion that amplifies issues of and voices in the ‘green’ department. Jewelry Designer Kendra Scott will be a speaker, as well as Jamie Kern Lima, founder of IT Cosmetics which was bought by L’Oreal and made Lima the company’s first women CEO in over 110 years of existence.

Music concerts and performance art will also keep participants engaged and offline from work-related thoughts. Meet-and-greets may have the most unique features on the interactive 3D platform that Double A Labs has created. Communication Breakout Rooms allow up to 50 people to network with one another in a link that is separate from the Phygital World environment of the conference.
