The approach puts plus-size shapewear and size-inclusive shapewear at the center of how Shapellx develops its core tummy-control range.

Shapellx’s core tummy-control range spans multiple categories, with selected shaping styles extending to sizes up to 6XL. The BOOT-YEAH™ MeshSmooth™ High-Waisted Mid Thigh Short is available in XS–6XL with Medium Control, while the BOOT-YEAH™ SilkSculpt High-Waisted Short is available in S–6XL with Firm Control. Other featured core styles are available in sizes up to 3XL.

Depending on the style, these include high-density shaping fabric, abdominal control panels, support boning, anti-roll construction and low-profile edges.

The BOOT-YEAH™ MeshSmooth™ High-Waisted Mid Thigh Short uses a silicone anti-roll grip at the waist and super-flat leg bands designed to help keep the garment in place during sitting and movement.
These construction details are considered alongside sizing and fit rather than treated as separate from the fitting process.
The Data Behind a Fit-First Approach
Shapellx’s product-development focus also reflects findings from its May 2026 in-house consumer study. Among respondents, 86.2% identified comfort and fit as a key decision factor, followed by quality and durability at 77.9% and price/value at 73.4%.
Respondents were primarily 31–60 years old, providing additional context for the emphasis on fit, comfort and durability in the brand’s product development.
Size Support Continues After the Fit
Shapellx recommends selecting a size based on measured bust, waist and hip dimensions. For shoppers between sizes, the guidance is to size up for greater comfort or size down for firmer shaping.
The brand also offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items, giving shoppers an additional option if the selected size or fit is not right.
